Hi

I'm Runtuk, a web dev from around these parts. I've been working with websites for several years now and am confident I can get your job done while earning a little extra cash myself. I work mainly with PHP, so what I make will almost certainly work with your web host.

I have experience in creating all new webpages, complete with back-end; setting up web applications such as forums and donation panels; creating new themes and styles for existing applications such as forums and donation panels; web to server integration similar to the types of NeutronAdmin; and general server setup, starting from the ground up Linux machines to setting up new Gmod servers on existing machines.

Of course, you're going to want to look into my previous work before hiring me, which is where my portfolio comes in. The projects on my site were created over the course of almost 2 years, ranging from very little knowledge of web development to basically where I am now. The site itself is pretty crap, I know, and I'm working on a new one right now. Anyway enough with the waffling, you can see my site here: http://runtuk.xyz

Of course pricing will depend entirely on the project you want me to take part in, but we can discuss that on a per-project basis. I will pretty much always be around to help out with the project afterwards if necessary (i.e. changing webhosts, updating code etc.) although if the request is large I'll require another payment.

I'm happy to accept payments by PayPal or as CS:GO skins, depending on what's easier. I look forward to working with some of you in the near future!

You've had 4 projects over the course of 2 years? Add some hover effects on your past projects. On every site except your landing page the footer is only meant for a 1920x1080p monitor or smaller, doesn't look to hot on something bigger. But what's weird is that on the cube regardless of monitor size the footer never sticks to the bottom. http://runtuk.xyz/projects/argon/ - how much would something like that cost?

"I have learnt how to use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, SQL, Python, Lua and Ruby to create websites." always a pet peeve of mine is when people list how they can code in so many languages, when chances are they can't code fluently in all.

You shouldn't manage your links like that, use directories to manage it instead of .php links.

Nothing wrong with the way he's doing it. It just looks cleaner on the client's side with directories.

I just saw your new site here - https://theunderground.co/ a few teaks, IMO are needed. For example the, "text muted" color is far to dark I can barely read it, brighten it up, better yet swap the footer Note: color with the "feature icon" text. Also when you hover over the social you get the bg color that does not mesh with the color of the "jumbotron" - http://prntscr.com/bcuows and as I said above the footer is not a sticky footer, it drives me crazy http://prntscr.com/bcup5j to http://prntscr.com/bcupgt I get that's how its supposed to be, but you need to make it compatible with all monitor sizes. Add some hover effects on the nav bar and on the learn more.

Could you give us a price range for sites, or give us ballparks for how much you charged for the sites in your portfolio? Your two most recent sites don't look like much more than a quick bootstrap template. Nothing wrong with that, but I wonder if you're charging a decent price.

EDIT: I just read the information about the website for Retronix Gaming. You mention £50. Is this a price you suggested, or did the client suggest it? It seems awfully high for a simple bootstrap site.

EDIT 2: I forgot to check out the navbar links, it seems to be more than a simple bootstrap site. I guess I was wrong about my assumption, sorry for accusing you of charging exorbitant prices.

57$ for that retronix website is pretty insane, even with all the navbar sites still pretty expensive for what it is.

scriptfodder is like a kitty pool, I explained it to some people.

Prices shouldn't be high here, I've been doing jobs with my friend on an actual freelancer site and it's way more difficult than this so I wouldn't change "$57" for whatever that retronix website is, maybe $35 max if the detail was actually soothing and every little detail was singled out.

anyways good luck i guess
