No support = report him.
If there is nothing on his profile saying he will be away X days then report him.

Does anoybody know how to add sirens and lights to a vehicle? Freemmaaannn is not responding for a week now.
There is no way, FreeMan (and I think 2 other guys) are doing this and uploading the data to a database. You can only suggest him new sirens. I wouldn't report him for not adding all the things you want.
I haven't gotten my support ticket replied to either, but maybe I'll just ask here? I'm having a problem where players get the option to shoot out of the window, but they don't actually lean out, they just stay inside of the car.

Yeah, that feature was removed, due to various bugs, freemann is currently trying to find another way to reintroduce this feature...
Ah alright. It'd be great if he actually updated us on this, though..
Erm. Jesus.. For the past two months I have been adjustig myself to a completely new real life job which eats quite a bit of my time. Sorry, people. Going through tickets one by one, but some things need to be prioritized. Currently I am spammed with "How to download" and "How to add workshop" tickets. That plus I have to make a choice to spend the 3-5 spare hours I have a day to actually code or spend chatting with random people who can not find their garrysmod folders (mostly). I answer to the most urgent tickets first.

I really need to finish that FAQ section. But yeah, that was just an example. Some times each ticket can take a day or so to sort everything out. Most of the time I only have 1-2 hours of coding time. Which I would need to spend, well, not coding. Again, if the issue is serious enough I will answer the ticket regardless. For those: "Add this feature in, make these cars work" and then get pissed for me not asnwering them soon enough: I am sorry, you'll have to wait a bit.

People who cant find their garrys mod folder should not have a server.... xdxd

Lol I agree with this one to the moon and back. Also Freeman is working on fixing a ton of stuff right now. I already talk to him about some scripts getting over ride and not working. The using guns in cars sometimes bullets get stuck in the car. The tow job. And many more things.
Don't create a 3rd addon, give out VCMod for free instead.

When shooting from inside a car, you end up just shooting at the window and breaking the car because the windows block gunfire :O
