We have many users that have pre-ordered our web hosting package. That link will be active within the week. I don't see why the link is related to you because you have not pre-ordered our web hosting package.

oook, I don't know how you're going to convenience customers to get you over others if you don't tell them what they're pre-ordering for all I know you could just be a normal web host with absolutely no Apache cause there's no information about it.

Currently we aren't trying to convenience people to order our web hosting because it's not released yet.

The full details will be on our site when this service is available.

Then why are people "pre-ordering it" and why is there a cPanel, along with a Webhosting tab/button.

Because they trust the reliability & integrity of our company.

They also enjoy our game hosting and know we only put out quality services.

That's only countering one of my questions, plus how can you have "un-confirmed" changes?

Simply put it like this:

"We're going to have, PHP 5+, cURL, etc on the machines"

How can you "unconfirm" those?

Anyways if it is under yourtop-ddos protectionthat means you have horrible ddos protection according to the last incident when your servers where offline.

You already knew their site was down for minutes due to hardware upgrades, why say it was a ddos attack instead?

Cause it affected people off and on, hardware/shut downs don't do that they completely close the server.

If certain people could get on the site perfectly but others could not that means it was under attack. Unless they're willing to show their logs from that date it's destine to be a ddos attack.

Can you confirm who was having connection issues and who was not?

We're not releasing details at the moment because things may change before launch. I'll personally notify you with specs when our web hosting is released since you seem so interested.

You completely changed your question (edited it) from "A full box restart" to this.

But: Me and a couple other friends where having connectivity issues aka messages saying "lmao it's down rn" then said by another poster your panels where still down. While you said your self "the site is running fine for me" even though it still had an SQL error along with timing out and being offline in general.

I careless about the specs, I want to know:

What programs will you be using (aka PHP, cURL, Python, Ruby gems) How much memory will you allow into your web server How much domains can be added Simple things.

Bandwidth limitations included.

It was running fine for me when I checked, but with further investigation, I found out our technical team we're doing hardware upgrades. That's why I explained to you why you may have had trouble connecting. SQL errors and timing out would also be a side-affect of our server being restarted.

Also it's important to take note that our CloudFlare is setup to display a cashed site if our site goes down. This may have been confusing to you and your friends because our site may have appeared online when in fact the whole node was down for hardware upgrades.

No cloudflare made it really noticeable it was down, check my screenshots the giant header was obnoxiously there telling us it was down.

yes, because our website was down for hardware upgrades. As the node was loading back up, some users may see the "cloudflare offline" and some users may have seen database errors, depending on what time you loaded the page.
