I just spent some time debugging my self-host installation and found something that may help others. I encountered an error with internal redirects.
In the .htaccess file, try adding the following line.

Keep getting Uh-Oh - Steam login failed, try again
every time I try to go into the console to edit the loading screen. I've cleared my cache, cookies, all that stuff. Logged out and back in. I can log into the gmodstore fine but I get hit with this error when I try to get in.
Cloudflare should still work and the only reason I'm saying "still" is because cloudflare uses Comodo for its certificates, but Comodo rebranded to Sectigo and gmod sees that as something new.
So it's unclear how long until cloudflare is no longer a good workaround for this. Hopefully gmod updates (big joke) sometime soon and switch to chromium.
I'm trying to setup this add-on on my server but everytime I try to launch it, it gives me an 404 error on install file.
My server is an self-hosted and I'm using apache2.
