GetConVar returns nil
Trying to get the value of "ttt_karma_starting" which is part of the gamemode by default but it's returning nil. Do I need to somehow reference the karma.lua file that creates it or something? I apologize for creating 2 threads in a row but I can't find anything about this online. This will be my last post for a while as I don't want to spam the forum.
Just use KARMA.cv.starting instead, it's a global variable :D
That is only defined serverside though, if you are trying to get it on the client it looks like you are going to have to network it.
It works with that method, but I still get the error: 'attempt to index field 'cv' (a nil value)'.
Side note, I've also noticed that GetLiveKarma() returns nil but GetBaseKarma() works. That confuses me but isn't really important.
