$30 for a course isn't that bad honestly, depending on the content he provides. But the unprofessionalism and lack of Lua knowledge provided in this post has me shaking my head.

The thing is, a lua 'teacher' can explain how some functions work, but the coder himself will have to learn how the rest works. If you don't figure it out yourself you might need to consider if coding is something for you. Coding isn't something you learn within a couple lessons, you learn it over time and by coding a heck a lot of shit. Therefor I think taking a coding 'teacher' isn't a bad idea but I wouldn't recommend it.
