NO that not this it's more like 'The scripter wouldn't fix it so i refund' it's like this :) because 14 usd for a script does't work and the scripter wouldn't support :)
He won't give you support because you refunded him. And you didn't even give him enough time to respond in the first place.

No? The fact that you refunded in the first place gives him more than enough rights to deny you support. Some Content Creators use the money they get from scripts to support themselves financially, you trying to charge back can be a risk to them. So why would they support you when you could be potentially risking them financial? (I'm blowing this scale way up, but I'm just trying to make the point that the Content Creator owes you nothing once you charge back them)

He does't risk nothing because they area stupid rule who said 'YOu can't refund any script ! And we don't care if the script is does't work you can't to so you can be stolen we don't care' i'm sorry little girl but i spent my money and I risk to get scammed all the fucking day because i spent my money on a script and if the scripter does't reply or fix his script so he must be ban BUT NOOO they are ntohingfor hims X')...seriously WHO make the rules...this is totally stupid.

So there are rules and regulation for refunds. If you'd take the time to read up and educate yourself, you'd know that refunds aren't officially a thing.

Ye, if the script is globally broken (For everyone) and the Creator doesn't fix it, you MAY be entitled to a refund. But as this isn't the case, and the script works for everyone but you, you're not entitled to a refund. You weren't scammed, you simply just wouldn't wait for the Creator to get round to giving you support. Your own fault...
Closing thread. I had banned the main, and extended it for creating an alt.
