###WHAT DO I DO? Design - Designing has no secrets for me, i know every little tool in Illustrator and Photoshop. Development - From my first BASIC program on a TI-84 tin 2013 to a game server control panel in PHP in 2017. SEO - SEO is one of the most important aspect on the web, so of course it's one of my specialities. And of course, coffee. - Every morning at least one cup of coffee is slaughtered in cold blood to wake up more easily.

Assuming it is original design, it left me impressed.
His websites contact form link buttons (twitter, FB, etc) seems to not work. Design wise, something I'd concider for my own stuff, yeah.
Why does almost all of your work look the same? Looks like a template if you ask me, most of the ones that don't aren't even linked though nor seem to exist when you google/go to them.
Gonna pull a gordan ramsay too (do note I'm not a great web designer, I prefer application more than design, but I s till know a thing or two) your sites are very bland in terms of design, especially your home site, there's not enough information, it looks like a gouged template, etc...
Also that pokemap is too vague to be posted on your site, I see no proof you made it anyway, honestly same with all the other sites apart from the huge notice on the bottom of the only one that works with your badgering logo.

I was going to say it looked bad on my phone.
Take a look at your navigation on mobile. I'd recommend you look at ways of displaying your work captions on mobile. Why shouldn't they also be displayed on mobile devices? Lot's of easy possibilities.
I hope you don't do web design using Photoshop, that's proper old school. Would recommend tools specifically for digital design which can speed up the design process massively: https://www.sketchapp.com/

Yeah, no. Suggesting a macOS only program is retarded along with the fact of calling a tool like photoshop "old school".
Due to nearly all the comments being of an attack, I'm redesigning a lot of it.

Except, he's offering services which aren't even up to par. If you're going to put yourself out there (and deal with real money), at least have the basics down.
- 2 of the sites aren't mobile compatible (his own portfolio and the radio site)
- 2 of the sites linked are x10 suspended accounts (egn and egn billing)
- 2 of the sites aren't linked and can't be found via google (chromaservers and pokemap)
This part is me being unsure, but why is it a php page? Is the entire site dynamic? If so, why have separate php pages and not create a basic cms with routes and views.
I would be more easy on the guy..
I can remember the mess of VCMod when it was first sold (rushed due to a few reasons). He is brave enough to put himself out there, I'd give the guy some slack for now.
However, the criticism is valid. Would probably be good for your potential clients to know these things beforehand.
Also, you refer to yourself as "we" some times. So is it just you behind this company or do you have employees?

He's posted this on behalf of one of his friends, however, they both have experience in web development so I presume it's a two-man-band.

Adobe XD is a Windows alternative, most people know that, thought it would be quite self-explanatory. I suggested Sketch because it's a very popular choice within the industry. What I meant about my Photoshop point is it isn't as commonly used for digital design anymore because programs such as Sketch, Adobe XD and more are built specifically for digital design. Photoshop was never built for digital design, it's in the name of the product.
