Average price one spends on all server addons?

Looking to make my first server and I'm ngl... I messed around with a few leak addons at first(ik its shitty i just didnt rly know better) because I was just learning to config plugins and get started making a server but now im really wanting to make and run a server finally and gonna purchase some addons here soon, I've made a pretty big list of addons and wonder how many addons people typically use and all that because right now I'm looking at about a $250 cart of addons I'd like to use haha.

looking to spend about $150 for my first set of addons then after will just be whatever else i wanna add but can't decide which addons to get first, definitely most of the one in the first list im getting first, then im thinking to swap some not as useful ones in my first cart of addons with some useful ones like SAM admin mod or awarn3 and srewards

this post is kinda all over the place but i just wanna get some ideas lol. Im okay with dumping some money into the server but deff dont want to spend like $300-400 on a server that miiight not even make it as popular because im single handedly running it, no friends to help or other staff and with like no knowledge on this haha

Edit: just looked at the links again and forgot i have mcasino in both lists lol. Which i may just get later on because pcasino is good enough lol. But i dont think i should get tooo many "fun" addons first since i really wont even have a playerbase
