This isn't really a big deal and I am not sure if this has been brought to your attention before, but let us say you purchased a script and you receive that notification saying you have purchased it. Now I am not 100% sure when this occurs as it seems very random, but days later after I have purchased a script it again notified me that I have purchased the script again as seen below.

It is just kind of misleading and actually made me check my PayPal again to see if it actually charged me, but as I said... It isn't that big of a deal.

This is because of PayPal themselves and how they push the information through the API. There's not much that can be done.

As I said months ago, it could just be checked if the transactionid was already proceeded before giving access to the script (again). It would be a quick fix and would prevent lots of unnecessary notifications. Same thing with chargebacks/disputes, the script gets revoked on every status update instead of only on the first one.
