Hey, So i buyed two script from El Gringo and there is a LOT of errors and the scripts aren't working. So i that possible to make a refund with paypal without getting banned ? Thanx,
Honestly...
I think El gringo shouldn't be allowed to sell. I own one of his scripts, they are made horribly and don't work well.
Anyhow, Which script is it, I can take a look at it if you want (for free)

Id say you should report the script. It can be found on the script page.
They way you do if is you make a support ticket. If he doesn't reply, you report the script and link the ticket. We will reply to the ticket asking if he's active or what, and if not his script will most likely be disabled if we find problems with it.

And what about the refund ? As the OP asked, is it possible to be refunded (chargeback) without getting banned from SF if there is no support and the script isn't working as it should ?
You can request a refund through PayPal. Do not chargeback and do not dispute.
