Recently just checked my bans and it says I have a "Script review" from like 9months ago. I don't really care but I've never reviewed a script as far as I know and I don't even remember being banned at all, seems to be 9months old but I'm honestly just curious
You were banned from script reviewing because you left a review (4-stars I believe), and didn't really say anything in your review at all. We suggest that users place what issue(s) they had with a script when they rate it lower than 5-stars because obviously anything lower than 5 stars by the reviewer means something was wrong or didn't go as planned.
The review in question was for the script Lapetus - A Prometheus skin collection
Review Getting Started » Purchasing Scripts - Guidelines and Tips under the subcategory Reviews -> Point If you rate a script lower than 5 stars, you must explain the issues or concerns you had with it. plus a few other rules I believe.
Ah thank you Richard, I respectfully didn't interpret it like that because my view is 10/10 isn't realistic same with 5/5 stars because there's always room to improve. Will this ban cause me any trouble or anything because I'm trying to build up a solid reputation inside of the GMS community

The ban was for a month (september - october 2017) and has since expired. It won't cause any issues with your rep and isn't visible to anyone but gmodstore staff (and obviously whoever reads this forum thread now). Other than that, you have full access.
Yeah, Thank you very much Richard obviously I'll make sure to be more rules oriented around my reviews because as I stated I really had no intent of leaving a 4star review as poorly more or less it was just because theirs always room to improve on anything. I don't understand why someone would complain over a 4 star review with no comment left? Doesn't a 4 star review still count as a +1 reputation?

yes but it can still harm the overall rating of the script. even if it's just a little bit, leave feedback if you're gonna leave a 4 star review.
