So this doesn't seem to bad and the prices are decent

Oh and they are in my currency for once

Why are you charging daily/weekly for installing/optimizing/setup/bug fixing?

daily/weekly salaries should be determined over big projects no offense but what you listed is like the common darkrp configurer, do you have any work to show?

2 pounds for 24 hours of work?

So I'm a person who likes to apply logic. And I get not everyone is about the money. But why charge £2 for 24-hours of work when you could possibly work the entire day? Is that really worth it to you? That leaves people to take advantage of you and pretty much milk you for whatever they can. I can get wanting to be cheap so people pick you, but I would seriously re-consider your price structure a bit. or list "average" prices, but quote on a per-project basis.

I just believe in being cheap, but making it worth-while to yourself. If you're providing quality work which is legit, the price should make it worth-while to you for sustainability.

I do not have proof of work as I said I use to work for a hosting company I would help customers with what ever they needed, let's say their server kept crashing and they didn't know how to find the problem I would find it and fix it. If you are new to gmod server owning as by the sounds of it you arnt then the world of Lua and plugins is very scary and a lot can go wrong over a week or a few days. But saying that if someone said look here my server everything doesn't work enjoy fixing it for £2 for the day then I charge more as I said under the payment schem. But for simple fixs like lua and basic server stuff like your server isn't using the right gamemode or you can't install Evo City or such then I help you. Here one last example let's say you have bought a server but didn't have the money for Windows server licensing so you went for Linux cheaper and personally a lot better, but you had no idea how to use the terminal or such then I would come in help with setting it up and getting you started that would come under the "price may vary", hope that answers your question sorry it is so big

In my opinion you should change the prices to something reasonable. If you were a company you would only lose money. This is just ridiculously low and vague.

Most of these apply to the "darkrp configurer", support for servers isn't something people want in this market, they want custom stuff, websites, addons, gamemodes, etc.. You need a portfolio cause not only is it against the sticky, who's gonna take your word and hire you? Every job requires past experiences and proof of those experiences, and smart people will want proof of experience.

I would the work for free but I want to make this a full thing one day so I would get a bit of money from working and also get the experience of common things people would incounter (common bugs and such) an after I get another money (I don't want to invest my own) form doing these jobs so after a while I could make the whole experience a lot cleaner and smoother aka control panel custom live chat and such. In turn the price would rise a bit. ;)

Like I said before:

Why are you charging salaries for small projects that are beyond basic? These should be set prices, and even then shouldn't be a thing since they're the most basic stuff. I've already said why you need to do more than set up servers/fix crashes along with include work.

Edited wtf it takes a month to install plugins??

So, I pay you "Lua Bugs and Plugin Installs 1 Day : £6 3 Day : £14 1 Month : £55"

To do everything that a server owner should already know how to do?

Okay, I am going to take it that over 1000 posts means your a bit of a pro at Gmod and being a developer. But do you know how to install a Gmod on Linux Dedicated server without a control panel. Look I am going to lay some prices out from a server hosting point of view (Dedicated Servers):

Control Pannel Lisencing: £15/Remote Server

Windows Server 2008: £20/Server

Okay so that's ether £15 or £20 you need to pay for a dedicated game server if you don't know Linux and you need to deal with ports and ip if they arnt setup. When I can do this in less than an hour for £5.

I'm a web wizard, lua is for gays, also yes I installed servers with linux before, there are tutorials for days on it.

Control Pannel Lisencing: £15/Remote ServerWindows Server 2008: £20/Server

ever heard of a virtual machine/dedicated machine? or an actual game host?

I'm sorry, but this doesn't seem very legit.... either that or naive. You didn't even tell us the hosting company you worked for! D:
