coinbase pay is something I've seen shops use
I dont think they will be stable enough to be used in a store like this
It would have to be something creators explicitly opt-in to.
It would be very technically difficult to do as something like that would require an entirely separate system for splitting the revenue as it's not a fiat currency or automatically converted to one (and it shouldn't be, because there are lots of fees in doing so). All in all it seems like there's little to no gain in making such a system especially when considering the difficulties with accounting for the commission etc, it would be a mess in terms of accounting and taxes.
I think it would be impossible to pay taxes on crypto in the form of VAT to be honest, without taking huge losses in conversion fees that we can't write off for European payments as Norway is not a member of the EU. We do no get the benefits of filing tax returns and deducting the fees.
