Making a ToS?

Hey I was just wondering if this is a decent Terms of Service. It's very generic and I just copied it from another site I just want to have one in place to avoid bitching from idiots.

The first thing you should realize is that when you're giving money and receiving something in return, it's no longer a donation.

Yeah no, in legal things like that you have to really watch your wording. Using the word donate could completely make the other party win against you in a dispute.

That's actually called purchasing.

Edited Also: In addition, any chargebacks against us will result in the complete and permanent removal of your account(s) from our entire community.

You use "us"/"our" but never legally state that you are referring to "FCGaming"

Or he could just add the disclaimer default to Prometheus which would resolve that:

Community name "Us", "We", "Our", "The community" all refers to Community name as a group, as a community. We are not responsible for any mistakes you may have made with our service.

I thought that everyone used "Donation" so they didn't feel bad about skipping tax?

Not too concerned tbh. I've made $1200 since September and don't think I'll break into "taxable income" zones. Plus I'm p sure the IRS won't give a fuck about a game server unless there's like 10's of thousands involved.

Anyways I've updated the ToS with the community name disclaimer as well as changing everything from "Donate" to "Purchase". Any suggestions for this updated one or is it fine?
