Question about VCMod

Logging in after a while to grab a copy of VCMod and I see that it is revoked. No idea why, I've never really used it except on my servers back in 2016-2017. Any possible explanation as to why it's revoked would be nice.
What's so hard about making a ticket to contact
You can't make tickets with revoked addons I'm pretty sure
