About Me

I've been working with Valve Hammer Editor since 2008 with some basic sandbox maps back when that was the popular thing. I started out with worlds that supported vehicles, flying, fighting, etc. Eventually I moved on to RP maps, getting my foot in the door by helping work on a European style city RP map for a community called Orange Cosmos. From there, I began working on Rockford very slowly. After a good amount of years of planning, rebuilding, completely restarting, refining, and finally completing the map, the content pack for both versions has accumulated over 630,000 unique subscribers with ~450,000 current active subscribers at the time of this posting.

This success has given me the exposure to begin working on commissioned maps. Hammerfall Gaming founder Tyler was one of my first clients and had hired me for 4 maps in that time. I had created Starwars Universe 1 and 2 for him, as well as a geonosis map and a Game of Thrones map. Some of my other clients had ordered various maps ranging from a STALKER style map called RP_Zaton and a MLP themed map. There are a total of 13 completed maps I had been hired for.

A few major changes in my life put a stop to my work. I had lost time and motivation to work on maps for people and had let a couple clients down. No longer wanting to make maps, I took 2 years off to engage in other activities. I've gotten myself motivated again to make some worlds for people and maybe even release a new City RP map for the public Garry's Mod Community that I've been picking away at.

I'm open to all requests no matter the size or content, as long as it's within my ability to bend the limits of the Source engine.

Client Experience

All projects are accepted so long as they do not exceed my ability to bend the limits of Hammer. Clients are treated with personal respect and constant communication. Clients are expected to agree to a clear contract to ensure nobody gets ripped off or has a bad experience. Here's a short list of what you can expect from being my client:

1. Clear and definitive expectations of a project
2. Fair pricing and payment schedule
3. Continuous updates on the progress of the map
4. 1 free bugfix update after 30 days and no later than 90 days
5. Discounted map updates (within reason)
6. No loss of contact after the project is complete
7. Frendly, respectful, and professional interaction

Rates and Payments

Due to the high demand for my services and the quality of the maps I create, my rates can be high. However, even budgeted clients can have maps created by me at the sacrifice of detail. Small edits can be as low as $40 usd. An indoor Jail RP map with a small exterior would run ~$200 usd. A large open world RP map with landscape, buildings, roads, etc will be ~$650 usd. A final price will be negotiated beforehand and after a blueprint has been created, outlining everything that will be going into the map.

Payments are submitted 25% at the start and the other 75% final. Paypal only.
