Job posting suggestion

I am not sure if this has already been said but when i list a job and someone applies, i accept an application right? then they do the job and then they tell me and i pay. well sometimes i get stiffed and either the script doesnt work and they dont provide support or i get ignored and no link sent. So i am going to suggest somehting. a system where the script can be uploaded into scriptfodder and then i can pay them what is owed using scriptfodder being sent to paypal and then when the system gets word i have paid i can access the download. this means that it should be logged by scriptfodder and that if there is anything in the script that doesnt work then i can ask for support and if i receive none i can report the user and flag the addon as not working and they get banned easier. at the moment the communication is mostly done outside of scriptfodder and the transaction too which means theres little proof the "coder" did or did not come to the table with the script.
