Gmodstore balance?

So recently I’ve been thinking as was wondering if anyone would like to see a gmodstore money balance? Like to pay for stuff with your gmodstore balance. How would you get money in your balance? You would get it ether from addons that you have submitted or paying gmodstore to add for you and so on? What do you think might be wrong with this and what would be great about this?

It would help to stop chargebacks and allow users to withdraw money as they like. But with the withdraw it could kinda messup gmodstore if too much is taken at once

Thats my input for it

Marcuz already has this planned.

There will be a GmodStore "wallet" - however due to legal reasons we can not allow depositing into the wallet, so regular users will never really touch the wallet. Only addon authors, freelancers (when this gets released) and perhaps job authors.

(to clarify; we can't allow both depositing and withdrawing at the same time, then we become like a bank and would need a bank certificate in every single country we sell to. the EU probably counts as one but it doesn't really help)

Have you guys considered a G2Play/Kinguin type deal for customers? They build "wallet credit" when purchasing stuff and can partially use it on checkout once they've built some credit up. Might be a good incentive to encourage purchases. Just an idea.

I don't think this is a good idea for us. That would require us to have two balances as opposed to one as we'd need one balance for credits that can not be paid out, and another balance for money that can be paid out. It also means someone would take a loss here, and that someone is us as the credit has to come from somewhere, and be converted to real money. Due to the amount each purchase is worth that "credit" amount would have to be really really really small for it to be worth it.
