Changing script header image not possible anymore.

I get the following error when trying to change the "Header Image" for one of my scripts:
File already exists at path: script_banners/c5d7afbc6362bc8660c0a97ddd72d312_full.png
Did you previously upload this same header file?
As far as I can remember, the last time I uploaded the same header file, was around a month ago. I only uploaded a similar one a few days ago, but it's not the same.

Edited And it's also not working with any other banner file.
