In case you dont get what i am trying to say i attached a screenshot and you will roughly get what i am trying to express here. I am not being impatient by giving him 2 star review because it doesnt work for me . I gave 2 star its because of how he presented it. He did it without the readme and any configuration guide etc , its like selling unfinished script even if its 1% incomplete i think you still should not sell it.
If you think its not that bad , take these for analogy. I sell cars , and i sell a car which has a unique auto drive that has not been introduced to the world yet, but i never give any proper instruction on how to use it. All i did was ask them to get in the car (Move casinokit and casinokit-blackjack folders to your garrysmod/addons) And when someone left a bad review i refused to teach that customer because he left a bad review regarding my car.

Not gonna read all of your previous messages but all I can say is, he replied back because you got his attention with a two star review which wasn't called for due to the fact you didn't ask for support first. You're just being impatient you should try to do things differently or else you're going to get wacked upside the head when you do something impatient with the wrong person.
Nothing is going to happen to the creator because it's still not in a suitable time frame for him to answer to you yet, along with the fact that you gave him a 2 star rating before anything else which makes you look like a total idiot. When you actually grow up you'll know what exams are like, not everyone is 12 and has 100% freetime.
My point I'm trying to make is that you opened a thread about wondering if a user can reject giving you support because of a review. The review in question at the time was not more than a few hours old, giving the impression that you are impatient.
The user has exams currently, from what it looks like; On top of this many do not and can not do this full time, and have lives plus jobs that they have to go and deal with. Expecting a response so quickly is expecting way too much.
Luna that screenshot is just to Help you understand what I am trying to say , if you aren't helping answering my question I don't see why are you arguing on his behalf. i am looking For answer still if it's possible for someone to deny support if the customer giving bad reviews. You're just shit posting in my opinion, if you aren't helping maybe just comment on other threads.
As for you nook, I am sorry I gave you the impression of me being impatient it's just that I like to be prepare, my point of having this thread few hours after he stop replying is that I would like to be prepared for the outcome. I want to know where I stand in this situation and what are my options.

In the industry you don't submit unfinished work no matter what, and in my opinion a script without any proper instruction is incomplete. If you read my two stars review I specifically talked about the instruction as it is a big matter as coding isn't our major and we purchase scripts and hope for a proper instruction upon purchase

It does matter if he helped you or not, reviewing something you never got support for is the most stupidest thing I've heard of. There isn't any regulation on adding instructions the script just has to be functional which it is. If it is true/false that you're actually an adult it doesn't matter what you go through in the work field because if you had exams, and you had a script up for sale on a marketing place the exams are going to take more of your attention.
You stand in the wrong on this situation, there are time frames developers get to support their scripts. If they decline your support so fucking what you can't do anything about it read the license. You could run a dispute through paypal if you're so eager and impatient to wait a couple hours for him to possibly give you support.

You implied it should be needed to have instructions when it's not, it's called a mass preference not a requirement. There is a regulation regarding reviews though, if you give a script a bad review with practically no reason/you're impatient the script author can post on the FP thread and request it to be taken down which can and will most likely happen due to the fact you gave it a review without properly introducing the issue to the author.
