I am looking to hire someone to recreate old gamemode

The basic concept of the game mode is you spawn with the minecraft block swep and you and your team have a certain amount of time to build a base after that time the round starts no more building and teams must eliminate eachother thats the jist of it here is a video of how the gamemode used to look when it was running https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2uGOizwPksw

this was my favorite gamemode when i used to play i just started playing again and would love to find someone to help me bring it back.
