Hey there, am a freelancer (8+ years of skills ). I accept on the Steam account (just put a comment on the Steam profiel, so I know you are here from Gmod store). I am a map creator & modeler.

What I can do:

Mapping.(creating & editing & optimizing)
Web design (only web design, not web development).
Texturing (creating & editing)
Importing.
Rigging
3D modeling. (creating, editing, retopology & optimizing )

Prices:

Note that the prices listed below are not the actual charges for your project; they are provided for illustrative purposes.

Map creating/editing: 150-1000$+.

Map FPS optimization: 100-500$+.

Map fixing (decompiling & repairing ) : 90-200$+.

Map limit optimization: 200-500+$ (decrease the limit, while leaving the visual look of the map the same )(More stuff will be explained over the mic).

modeling creating/editing: 20-60$+

Skinning/Retexturing: 12-20$+ per skin/model (price can go higher depending on art detail )(change texture in texture file or models ).

Rigging: 30$+

Port model/animation (replace default animation )/texture : (i don't do ripping from games, I only port, all files need to be provided from the client side)( price can be determined only after knowing what needs to be ported and what u want to be done to it )

(and I will need files that are commonly used (like FBX, OBJ, or commonly used files)

Animation: 20-100+ (I can do all animation, to determine the price and time for a project, I will need a reference art or video detailing the animation )

Create texture style: 10-25$+

Enhance texture (making texture better): $20-40+
