You have first attempted to contact other people for no reason about VCMod, then sent an email with copy pasted message in the title (empty body of email), then it turns out you spam random threads with this.

Just contact me personally..

He's also opened a site ticket.

As it turns out, the payment was an ECheck if you haven't already figured that out. I've let him know that it is proceeding and once cleared the script is automatically given.
