EF4 | Easy F4 menu

EF4 is a replacement for the default darkrp f4 menu. Despite the visual improvements it offers a few quality of life features like: favorite jobs & items, command buttons, leader boards, rules, a staff list, a user friendly layout and full in-game config.

Its designed to fit nicely with my hud and scoreboard (coming soon). It will also be consistent with any of my other addons like ewarn, ereport or elevels.
