From the get go gun works for owner, superadmin and developer ranks so please make sure you are one of those ranks.
Or go to lua/gmod_info_board/gmib_config.lua and set up the ranks that will have access to the gun.
Also if there are any errors when you try to use the gun please post support ticket.

You will have to hire a developer to make it compatible with nutscript. There is information it is DarkRP only.

Suggestion: Move all the files for the addon into one folder instead of having them all separate. What I mean is, when you extract the zip file, have it come in a folder by itself.
