In short
Hackable city server cabinet and hacking-tool swep. SWEP also can replace boring stock lockpick and keypad cracker.
Main
Server cabinet
It can be placed in the police station or in city hall. If bandits gain access to the server cabinet they can execute Mayor commands through hacking tool.
I used render stencils to make server cabinet model compact. And thanks to this render magic it looks pretty cool.
Also addon adds SWEP on your server that allows user to hack keypads and doors but instead of boring waiting user needs to pass one of 3 hacking minigames from GTA V.
