Give your players a reason to unite. Guild System brings fully-featured, elegant guild management to Helix servers with a sleek UI, persistent data, permissions, and the quality-of-life you’d expect for modern RP communities.
- In-game UI: Clean, polished panels for overview, members, and management. The interface scales smoothly, shows avatars, uses color-coded ranks, and keeps everything easy to read.
- Real identity: Set your guild’s name, description, logo (with URL validation), and Message of the Day. Disbanding includes a confirmation step to avoid mistakes.
- Ranks: Leader, Officer, Senior Member, Member, and New, all customizable per guild. Promotions, demotions, and kicks are protected by server-side checks.
- Permissions: Control who can invite, kick, promote or demote, edit the MOTD, adjust ranks, manage the bank, change the logo, or disband the guild.
- Guild bank: Deposit and withdraw funds with clear notifications. The current balance is always visible in the UI.
- Invites: Send invites directly from the management panel, and players receive a simple accept or decline popup.
- Persistent and safe: Backed by MySQL with server-side validation and detailed logs. MySQL is now optional, the download includes both an SQL and a non-SQL version, so you can choose what fits your setup.
- Localization-ready: Comes with English by default and is easy to extend.
- Performance-friendly: Only relevant members are synced, and rank changes are broadcast efficiently.
