Helix | Police System

Helix Police System is a plugin for the Helix framework that offers a complete police roleplay experience. It saves arrested, wanted, and handcuffed players, and is easily configurable using the toolgun and configuration file.

🎯 Wanted Levels

1. Players get a wanted level based on their crimes.
2. Higher levels = bigger bounties for cops.

👮‍♂️ Arrest System

1. Handcuffed players pause their wanted timer, giving cops time to act.
2. Officers earn money & XP based on the wanted level.

📜 Wanted Notices

1. Police Chiefs can issue wanted notices with reasons.
2. Cooldowns prevent spam.

⚡ Criminal Triggers

1. Make anyone wanted with character:SetWanted(reason, time, level).
2. Works for bank robberies, thefts, or any criminal activity.

🛡️ Police Levels & Ranks

1. Gain XP by arresting players or delivering illegal items.
2. Level up to unlock higher ranks, better gear, and roleplay perks.

🔗 Handcuffs & Inventory

1. Stop players from running or using weapons.
2. Drag, search, and confiscate illegal items.

💰 Police Storage

1. Deposit illegal items to NPC for cash & XP.
2. Storage has batons, handcuffs, walkie-talkies, and HL2 weapons.
3. Faction items (blue) cannot be dropped.
