No, it is 100% scaled. The screenshots are taken at 1440p though, so it will look a lot weirder.

You not scaling it dynamically?

@Kendrick-Camaro If you hit the console key, it will appear over the rest of the menu (similar to the options menu).

@Roag It appears smaller due to the scaling from 1440p. I can try to get some 1080p screen shots if it is really wanted.
