What weapon bases is this compatible with?

Similiar to threebows weapon bullet effects, with less effects overall.

However, the ability to create and modify chips in game with multiple effects (unlike threebow's) makes this a good alternative.

Is this compatible with TTT and/or Prop Hunt?
