·• Sensy •· Global settings are for everyone.

You can setup restrictions for entities or model if you want limit it for specific group. Just make sure the created group name are the same as in your current admin mode.

Feel free to open ticket if you have trouble with it tho, ill try to help you.

Hello,

When I put global settings on mdl it says "mdl's not allowed"

I f i restrict per usergroup entity and mdl to 0, it does load the mdl for the player and other players.

Is there a way for the two restrictions about mdl and entity and globalsettings can be put only on some usergroup ?

Tahnks

·• Sensy •· Hi. You can disable the ability to use MDLs in entities for all players in the global settings. Additionally, you can set an entity or model limit to 0 for specific user groups or SteamIDs, so they won't have access to that kind of functionality.

Yeah, you can also grant access to PAC3 after a certain amount of time using the pactool_add_player command (more details in commands list). All you need is to write a script that automates this process for you.

Hello,

PAC3 is known to make crash server when a custom model is put into pac3 and the model is badly developped and then crash the server by a memory leak because of physics or engine error failure, creating lua panic.

Is it possible to block the import of models into PAC3 entities until we grant access to the person ?

Can we grant access automatically to the pac3 after a certain amount of time played (via Utime for example) ?

Thanks

Awesome thank you!

Ferment Joy thanks for the suggestion. I'll try to implement this in the next updates.

Purchased the addon if possible would be cool to see PAC MB size configurable based on group rather then a global setting. An incentive could be used to allow usergroups with certain PACs to upload more MB.

Octaver I highly recommend checking out Figma (Web-based UI Design Editor). I use it for most of my projects and it's really easy to use and usually makes your UI look a lot better since you can design it before you even code it.

Menschlich Thanks for you feedback!

Yeah UI is not the best, although its useful and intuitive for server owners. Anyways trying to make it a bit better.

Would like to hear you suggestion, instead of just "ugly". That's will help a lot. 😉

damn is that ugly, how did GMS approve this UI?

If you want my opinion - good and cheep choise with minimal features tho. Unfortunately w-o support, has bunch of buggo and does not work well with new PAC3 versions.

Also my module supports restricts migration from PAC3 Restrictor addon. If you're interested, you can check it out on the main addon page in migration tab.

Matrix Big Thanks!

I'll work on improving my UI skills. Btw, i believe the main focus of such addons should be well-written and optimized code.

The interface of this addon is designed primarily for server owners, and when it comes to functionality in that context, it truly excels. While it may not be the flashiest UI, it's built to be efficient and effective for its intended purpose.

Not sure how this got accepted since the UI is not great. Nice addon to manage PAC though.

Best of luck!
