Proper Reserved Slots

Fixed some issues when bots are used

+ Added SAM admin mod support

1. Added PlayerName to ExtraCheck, so now players can have reserved slot based on their steam name(Like having specific community tag in it)

1. Added an option to have an always open slot(Useful because of the gmod limitation where you need an empty slot to even attempt joining the server)
2. Fixed player count messing up over map change

1. Made it so PRS has priority over most other add-ons that use CheckPassword hook as some of them love to take priority and let people in without letting other add-ons check if they should
2. Fixed Serverguard support (For some reason they completely removed a function at some point)

1. Added ExtraCheck function, which will be run whenever a player joins, if true is returned inside it PRS will know that player has reserved slot access. Can be used so people can donate for reserved slots without having to switch ranks.

Sorry for the very long no-update time, finally exams are over for me and here is an update for you!

? Added support for AssMod, moderator and serverguard

? Added ability to kick the longest staying player instead of only latest joined

? Added ability to run custom code before kicking a person to free space for reserved slots

? Added ability for people with reserved slot access to get in without password

? Now there is no more need to change map to get reserved slot to work on a person, except for serverguard, for which there is no way to have no need for map change.
