UPDATE

1. GPS coordinates now save per map.

This means that all your previous coordinates will be wiped if you update! You will need to reconfigure positions if you update!

1. Various code improvements and optimization.
2. Removed WriteTable usage completely for network optimization.
3. Fixed drawing incorrect information when enabling admin mode to place/remove GPS points.
4. Removed the FastDL config and always require workshop addon on server.
5. Removed config MenuIsOpenOnSpawn and instead it relies on if there are any GPS points on the server.
