1. Added option ("AllowViewing", OFF by default) allowing players to set a bind which they can press to access the camera's view (like in Sandbox). Only the owner of a camera may access that particular view.

1. Fixed TVs playing back voice chat even when disabled

1. Attempted fix for some situations where props would not show up on camera

1. Added support for Watch Dogs Phone : Cameras can be hacked to be temporarily disabled. (Configurable)

1. Added feature to hear voice chat through cameras: TransmitVoice (ON by default).
