SimpleXP - Configurable Levelling/Experience Addon

Fixed a bug where armor would always be increased to 250 regardless of settings.

1. Added configuration setting that prevents giving xp if there are only a few players on in the server.
2. Fixed !xp command showing a terrible menu.

1. DoubleXP weekends now work on Friday
2. Added a 100XP cap for how many Assist XP you get after a kill.

1. Added option in configuration to set the size and position of the HUD
