You can go to "init.lua" and search for "Creating a private chat." and remove the function.

Before I buy this, is there a way how to disable chatrooms? If so can you tell me how?

You just use the same unique identifier for the rank as you used for ulx. Anyone who is in that rank in ulx will use the title & icon you setup in atlas chat.

Find the "Configure ranks" button in the settings menu, it should be easy enough to go from there.
