Does anyone know why it doesn't show chat tags or avatars. Its enabled in the settings afaik. its dark rp and its not my server its someone elses so idk if i can ask or not lol

I'm trying to add in custom expressions into the chat expression list and it's not working, I've placed the icons with the right size in the correct folder as well as typing out the right lua code and it's still not working, any help please?

what? you can do that with any net message that reads strings. the chat text message is rate limited and cut to a limit on the server, so it doesn't really do much other than send data to the server.

no, .gifs do not work. you can animated images using the .vtf/vmt format though. images through URL will be added to the next vesion
