  1. Added server-side cvar birdseyeview_highlight (Default 1). When enabled, birds are highlighted to other birds and spectators.
  2. Added server-side cvar birdseyeview_health (Default 5). Sets the starting health when birds spawn.
  3. Player's health is now updated to match bird's health. This should fix some UI weirdness in DarkRP.
