Now hides bodygroups which don't exist for the current playermodel
Hooked into PlayerLoadout and fixed the PlayerSpawnBodygroups function so that players now do not spawn without the specified bodygroups
Added option to disable access to the interface from the C menu, restricting access to players which have a Closet available. Basically turning the BODYMAN.ClosetsOnly variable to true will mean that all players must have access to a Closet to change their appearance.
Fixed some issues where players would have the wrong bodygroups immediately after joining the server.
