Or if you mean how to set the position of the NPC, then just read the description. It says all the commands for you to write in console and set up this addon.

Crap-Head Photon is a better version of VCMod-ELS it allows for more options and less lag. btw im saving up to buy the addon

All of the content you need is either inside the addon or if you read through the description you will find two workshop addons required, as well as a mediafire pack if workshop is not good enough for you. All the materials and models are there.

There is no model for the molotov and the fire misses textures. Is there a way to fix this?

Use the correct version of the script compared to your DarkRP version. You are using the 2.4.3 with a 2.5+ DarkRP.....
