Is it possible to do something like "disable vehicle pickup" on X ranks like you could specify somewhere permissions on rank like if the rank haven't the permission to pickup vehicle, players in this group can't. Or, maybe something that allow specific rank to override "blacklisted entites" for physgun/gravgun
