SH Rewards

1. Added support for SH Pointshop rewards. You can give Points, Premium Points and Items.

1. Added the SteamTagsRealName option which controls whether the script should check the player's Steam name or default name. Mainly for DarkRP and RP names.
2. Fixed code confusion in Referrals - milestones should now work properly
