@Senpai VAC doesnt do anything in gmod and you cant remove it, its hardcoded, you can use -insecure but VAC will still be on. @Xy all but as far as i heard it works pretty fine with non 66 tickrates nowadays
You mentioned that having a non-default tick rate may cause issues, is it just with specific detections or is it over all?

It doesn't freeze players, but it did freeze you for few seconds when you lagged. I reduced the freeze time.
freezes me and changes my spawn position, after countless updates to this i must admit ima give up on it and just use net.stat blocker cmds and other cmds to do the job with no add on needed to false accuse players sorry.
I would say its for detecting aimbots ^^ but you can disable it by setting "Simplac.settings.Aimbot_MCheck" to false.
