🖨️ Tier Printers - The 1 money printer system

1. Changed the way printing works, you now have to set the value that will be printed on each tier. This just allows for much more customization.
2. Recoded health system
3. Added an option to display the Health of the printer within its UI
4. Few smaller updated.
