I haven't met a freelancer who charges additionally for a responsive site (not saying they don't exist). It's usually included in the overall cost. All the prices on here are incredibly cheap, kinda a steal.

Where did you get this from? He uses a framework on ALL of his sites. Look at Lunar Index. He uses materializecss. He can't even make something without a framework because he's not skilled enough to make it from scratch and accomplish the same thing, and quite frankly, not many people are. If he were to do it from scratch, it would take weeks, if not months to complete without bugs and it would not be worth his time.

You also sounded like you were just trying to make him mad through saying he can't make a website from scratch as opposed to merely making an observation. I'm sure he's capable.

You can view it both ways to be honest. I don't tell the client their final price until all the fees and what not are accounted for in the final overall price.

It's just classic bait where he's trying to lour me into saying something I'll eventually regret or getting a good reaction out of me by saying I can't do this and that. Pretty bad bait if you ask me.

idk I think 85 people would disagree, I created Lunar Index when I was just getting into web shit a year ago and bloodmoon (the last re-skin) was created 7 months ago when I'd still consider myself not very good at design back then. I got some great advice on how to improve it's just about if I want to re-skin it or not, probably just gonna make another index after Freya and transfer all the people from Lunar Index there.
And about the prometheus skin yes.

People seem to have a major misconception on pricing around time.
Regardless of whether I have something made or not, you still want said product. I will charge you a certain price so you can have your own version of it, and I still have to set it up/tweak it how you like it.
Just because I have it made already doesn't mean you can try to bring it down in price.
