Not accepting French jobs, what is wrong?

Je suis celui qui a supprimé le job.Généralement je suis pour l'ajout de traductions mais tu dois comprendre que parler anglais facilite les choses pour tout le monde; c'est horriblement chiant de s'entretenir avec des gens qui parlent en leur langue seulement ou avec un anglais spécialité Google Traduction. Il y a de l'argent réel en jeu et des malentendus peuvent vite arriver.S'assurer que tout le monde parle anglais à un niveau confortable, c'est s'assurer que personne ne fasse de réclamation/chargeback parce qu'ils n'ont pas su lire la description d'un job/script.I was the one who removed the job.I am a big advocate of localization but you have to understand that speaking English makes it easier for everyone; it is an absolute pain to deal with people writing in their native language or an absolutely broken; Google Translate-level English. Actual money is handled here and misunderstandings can quickly happen due to miscommunication.Ensuring everyone speaks English at a comfortable level is ensuring people don't start a claim/chargeback because they failed to understand a job/script description.

Simple solution, when you make a job, write an English AND French translation within the job. You appear to speak both languages, so I'm not sure what the complaint is? As said before, not too long ago, we did not have a french person on the gmodstore team, so anyone could write anything, and we had just a shitty google translate option for moderating these jobs, which is about as effective as trying to tell a hooker to stop taking johnny's money after sex all because he stutters when he moans.
Simply provide both languages in your job.
That's what I love about Shendow - when he replies to a french person in french, he also provides an English translation right below that internally so the staff can also follow. Everyone wins!... well.. except the spanish people.
Now for real, that's just all in all a huge and especially unnecessary drama.
And it is true (not all, but most) French people believe in the thought that everyone else should learn their language and not the other way around.
Why is speaking English so hard? You will need a proper English anytime in your life and the education in France isn't that bad, so IDK where's the problem? What would you say if Spanish/German/Italian or even Russian people would come to YOUR french Servers only speaking in their native languages? That's not OK, simple, right?
If you can't speak proper English: Provide the text in french, provide a translated version (Google Translator or some shit) AND try to translate it your self. If some has a little bit knowledge about french, they might be able to put all the pieces together. But yeah, still a Market Place, real money, no Monopoly or some shit, any problems being cause by communication problems can be fatal.
Also I'm sure there are a few people willing to translate your texts from French to English.

I'm a bit late to the party, so a lot of what I may say has already been stated.
First off, I think you're being pretty melodramatic about this whole situation.
This is an English website so of course we're going to require you to speak English when using the site. We've always required you to speak English so it's nothing new. As Richard stated, if it's that big a deal then provide both languages at once.
Regardless it'd be like me entering your country and expecting all of you to speak English to me. Then when you don't all do it or think it's okay for me to do so - complain that you're all racist because you don't speak English. Do you see how childish it seems?

Yeah, it's the right place to post it because this topic is about hiring a worker in the desired language.

Honestly, I don't think it would be too difficult to separate the jobs section into languages - localisation is already being added to gmodstore, anyway. If the Frenchies can't hire their own nationality, they'll go elsewhere (and that's not good for business)

Where the hell do you think they will go, all the competent guys from the french community sell things on gmodstore.
