Best Server Host for US - East? VPS or Game Server?

For hosting in the US, you are not getting much of a difference from hosting in Montreal. I've had a guy from Houston, TX with an average of 5 ping constant using ExtraVM. In my professional opinion, they are cost-effective and high-performance, which is what I believe M0dSe7en wants for his servers.

No one's going to mention ExtraVM?You can get virtual private servers from them with an i7 4790k!I used their 1GB RAM plan once and it was pretty good.editOh they've upgraded to i7 6700k servers now :D

Oh my god, I just switched to them and my server works FLAWLESSLY. I had 64 bots peaking 30% CPU usage. Their servers are truly amazing for the price.

Same with your second one https://phenomservers.com it doesn't look very credible especially for a hosting site that doesn't have a company.

I did it cause I pulled it from one of my video descriptions xD and I use both of them and they are pretty good.

I joined and I lagged for a bit, and I never lag. I mean, OVH doesn't have enough beef for a good gmod server. You only get 2 cores and a 40 GB SSD. You may get 8GB of RAM but Gmod doesn't need that much RAM.You obviously arent using the right packages then.... I ran 127 bots and myself with a fuck ton of mysql connections and fuck ton of addons with the second coloud package https://www.ovh.com/us/vps/vps-cloud.xml.
