sv_maxcmdrate 100

sv_client_cmdrate_difference 1

sv_client_predict 1

What gamemode are you running and how many slots? What's your average player count and entity count on the server? 100 ticketrate seems pretty high if you're running DarkRP with a lot of addons. But yeah, some more information would be good.

Also some recommended settings I've seen in the past:

sv_minrate 10000
sv_maxrate 0
sv_minupdaterate 5
sv_maxupdaterate 00
decalfrequency 10
gmod_physiterations 2

Running TTT a 40-45 slot server. Just started building it so no average player count lmao. As for Entity count i would say around 180 from guns, ammo, and knives without any players(also depends on map). Using m9k since its lightweight for the client compared to others like TFA(Yes i know it no longer is on the workshop). Currently using ovh vps as host and has a 2 cores at 2399.996 MHz . Also running 64x version.

I know 100 tickrate is overkill but i would love players with high end pcs to enjoy a smoother experience.

Just checked your profile addons jesus the list is massive. Make some for TTT :( .
