I have buy an addon, but i don't have it in my "Purchased Items", i have buy "SleekLoad" and paypal have been deducted me.
Same issue but I assume that it's just taking its time. Best to wait, I guess.
Some times paypal's API can be a bit wonky. Try waiting for an hour or two, if not resolved, contact the seller with your paypals information and transaction ID. If purchase was successful (money was taken out from your paypal) he will simply verify the transaction ID and manually give you the copy.
Happened to a few of my clients before.

Wait a day or two then message one of the staff members which will sort you out. Sellers have personal lifes, jobs, maybe personal buisnesses. Some can only take care of issues on weekends.

**If you have not received a purchase, contact the AUTHOR of the ADDON that you bought, not staff members. If they don't respond, link them to this post or just wait. They might be sleeping or busy. **
This is because we don't know if you have purchased it or not, we can't verify it. Only the addon's author know if you've done so. When you don't receive the product you paid for it's the result of PayPal failing to send us the IPN message, thus we have not been told about your purchase at all.
Yup, I've contacted the addon author already. I honestly expected this whole process to work smoother but oh well, guess I just checked in at an unfortunate time.
This rarely happens, usually it's a one off once in a while. Today it seems like PayPal has just completely shit the bed though. There's absolutely nothing we can do about this.
Small side question, is it possible to make the script appear in the "purchased items" list after the author has verified the purchase?
I can confirm that I rarely have this problem on this website. 99.9% of the time I receive my purchase instantly. So I am going to trust them when they say it is PayPal. Unfortunate that I decided to purchase it when this is happening though. Now I have to wait a day or two to install it. =(

I have no clue what you want, but Payments are generally being proceed by PayPal, if you want anything else try contacting the author of the script via Private Message
You can only use PayPal to purchase scripts on gmodstore. Union Pay sounds like something those African scammers send me about my long lost dead grandad who had one billion dollars.
